Thanks Aatir for excellent read.

I just wanted to put two points to this and understand your thoughts:

1. Do you think prioritization should be continuous activity and can't be one off excercise as most people think.

2. Prioritization can be at different levels be it at problem Prioritization, impact, feature (solution) or even at user stories level.

1=> True. Prioritization is never a one-off given circumstances change. However, there needs to be strong logical narratives to change priorities to avoid creating a constantly moving target.

Prioritization happens at various levels: for the problem, solution, KPIs, strategic pursuits etc.
